Online notary services are available to any US citizen regardless of location. You can be in the US or abroad.
The State of Colorado has a $15.00 max fee per Notarial Act performed in person and $25.00 fee for Remote Online Notary Service.

All services can be provided in Spanish
RON refers to Remote Online Notary Service a.k.a. Online Notary. I use a specialized platform for these. Every meeting is recorded and additional ID measures are in place to prevent fraud. You must appear on camera. You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you do not have a functioning camera, the Notarization cannot be performed. If there is more than one Notarial Act performed, there will be an additional $25.00 per Act. Additional Fees can be paid prior to starting the session. This option is open to anyone and especially good for expatriates, or anyone who is abroad.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Schedule your Session by clicking BOOK NOW below.
- Once you have paid your $25.00 deposit to hold your spot, upload your files HERE. This MUST be done at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
- For your appointment please be sure you have a working camera, your government-issued ID, and you have uploaded your documents so they may be prepared.
- An invoice will be sent prior to the appointment for the balance. Please note, your documents will not be released until the invoice is paid in full.
Cancelation/Reschedule Policy:
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, there will be no fee charged.
Cancelations within 2 hours of your appointment can be done without penalty. Anything under 2 hours prior to appointment will incur a $25.00 fee. If you do not show you will be charged the full fee.
