We are so excited to be able to help you with all your Notary needs.
We feel very strongly about what we do therefore we spend time in learning our craft to be the best we can. WE WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SERVICE! Here are a few things to know about working with a Notary. We are the last line of defense in fraud. Your Notary has made the commitment to check ID's carefully to ensure there are no discrepancies. ID forms can be most Government Issued ID's. This means that a DL, State ID, Passport, & Military ID can all be acceptable forms of ID. Your Notary has also made the commitment NOT to give any legal advice. This would also include Notary Certificate (should your document not have one), cannot be suggested or advised by your Notary. This is considered Legal advice and against the law for a Notary. What is a Signing Agent?
These types of Notarizations are done for Real Estate or Mortgage Transactions. They are done in person. If you're selling property, buying property, refinancing, getting a HELOC, or Reverse Mortgage, then this is what you need. Your Notary will come to you and will give you a brief description of each document that you will be signing. Then she/he will return the documents back to the Closing Agent for funding. It is strongly recommended by the National Notary Association that your Notary receive specialized training for this. It will cut down on mistakes and your Notary will be comfortable with the documents and you'll have a smooth closing. Again, your Notary is there to facilitate the signing of documents and cannot answer any questions regarding the contents of the documents. Your Notary is there to guide you and show you where you can find the information you may be asking about. HShould questions arise, they will be able to get you in communication with the Closing Agent or Loan Officer while at the signing. |
