The idea for My Realty OPS was born from working with Real Estate Agents over the past 10 years as a Coach/Consultant and as the Director of Agent Services and tech trainer in a Keller Williams office. Seeing first hand some of the challenges that both new and seasoned Agents go through, this seemed like a natural thing to do when I left KW.

- Onboarding a new Assistant or new Office Manager? We can do all the front end training.
What to expect working with me
- We will meet in person or via Zoom for a couple of hours to discuss your needs and offer possible solutions
- An outline of deliverables will be included in our contract
- We will set specific days and times to work together
- Accountability and update emails will be sent weekly
